Self-rising Flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 330 degrees Fahrenheit
In a saucepan, melt butter, add milk, sugar, cocao and chocolate, stirring until completely smooth. Set aside to cool down for 15 minutes
Lightly whisk eggs, vanilla and salt
Combine egg mixture and flour into chocolate mixture until fully incorporated
Pour mixture into cupcake papers; bake for 45 min or skewer comes out clean. Cool and refrigerate
Decorate with Chocolate Buttercream or Ganache
