This buttercream icing is quick, easy and delicious! When I want a sweeter and slightly stiffer icing than Swiss Meringue Buttercream, this is my go to!

Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter softened
- 3-4 cups Powdered Sugar sifted
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanill (can use other extracts for different flavors)
- 3-4 Tablespoons Heavy Cream

Instructions
- Beat the softened butter in a stand mixer. Add salt.
- Slowly add the powdered sugar a little bit at a time and mix until incorporated
- Add the vanilla (or other flavoring)
- Slowly add the heavy cream 1 tablespoon at a time and beat on medium-high speed until icing is smooth and fluffy. (Don't OVERMIX to avoid adding air bubbles)

Store in airtight container in the refrigerator for 1 week or in the freezer for 3 months.
